Question

1. Now in it's 7th year, L&S has grown to 8 stores and more than 175 employees. Tom & Mark have continued in their dictatorial ways, and the employees have had enough. They decide to form a union. In their infinite wisdom, Tom and Mark decide to have all employees sign an agreement not to participate in the formation of a union, and immediately fire anyone who refuses to sign. 35 employees refuse to sign the "yellow dog contract" required my Tom and Mark and are fired. What is their recourse in the matter?
