Case Study: George has been a recreational athlete throughout high school and participated in basketball and baseball. Now that he is done with these sports and has started college, he is looking into starting a bodybuilding program to increase his lean muscle mass and improve his physique. He is confident in his approach to weight training, but needs guidance with his nutrition, specifically with protein since he knowns this is very important for his goals.
