Assume that the length of a typical televised baseball game, including all the commercial timeouts, is normally distributed with mean 2.45 hours and standard deviation 0.37 hour. Consider a televised baseball game that begins at 2:00 in the afternoon. The next regularly scheduled broadcast is at 5:00.

a. What is the probability that the game will cut into the next show, that is, go past 5:00?

b. If the game is over before 4:30, another half-hour show can be inserted into the 4:30-5:00 slot. What is the probability of this occurring?
