A 2-year-old is brought to the ED by his parents with the concern that he is having trouble walking. His respirations are 24 bpm, his BP is 110/60, his HR is 130, his temperature is 37.6 C, breath sounds reveal coarse crackles in the right upper lobe and he has a weak cough. His breathing pattern is unlabored and shallow. His parents explain that they have noticed his weak cough in the past and as he has gotten older the more unstable his walking has become. What is a possible diagnosis for this patient?
