Question: "what is physically possible/impossible" is actually an abstraction of the limits of our (current) brains. We cannot perceive what we cannot perceive, even if it exists right in front of us. The correct answer imo is we can't know it because we can't be sure. Perhaps we can potentially create "freedom of choice" in some future time (via time travel or existing in different dimensions at the same time maybe) but we cannot say this is how it is based on definite frameworks that may currently be valid. These frameworks have changed and continue changing (even radically).
