Martin is a new graduate and he has begun the process of looking for his first job. He starts the process by updating his resume with his diploma information, then he writes a general cover letter highlighting his main skills and qualifications. He also creates a LinkedIn account for himself. He has several other social media accounts, but decides to create a LinkedIn account for professional networking. Martin then started applying for jobs using his updated general resume and cover letter. Several weeks pass, and Martin has not heard back from any prospective employers. He has heard that you are taking a communications class that talks about personal branding, communicating your skills, and the proper use of social media, so he asks you for help.
As a group, come to a consensus and answer the following questions, with evidence from the case study as well as application of the knowledge gained in the class.
