Busy aged care centre, clients participating numbers in service programs have dropped off. Service & feedback forms handed to clients & users. Surveys revealed clients concerned about their privacy during sessions in a non soundproof room. Concerns were inappropriate humour clients felt to be used as gossip can influence other employees to interact with them.
