Question

Busy aged care centre, clients participating numbers in service programs have dropped off. Service & feedback forms handed to clients & users. Surveys revealed clients concerned about their privacy during sessions in a non soundproof room. Concerns were inappropriate humour clients felt to be used as gossip can influence other employees to interact with them. Staff response to this concern, is about how they el the clients might perceive them in being deliberate & hurtful.
