Question - When an entity becomes a nonprofit, it is still controlled, and must respond to, board members. The bylaws usually indicate who these individuals are and how they are selected. The board members, needless to say, are disqualified persons and prohibited from receiving excess benefits from the nonprofit. However, Aside from board members, who else is a disqualified person, and what is mean by excess benefits? What is increment?
