Be reflective and remember to use the extra resources- both Playwork & other resources in the table of contents.
Question 1:
-How does this placement offer playful opportunities to children? In what ways? Support this through theory
-What is making you curious to explore more of during this placement?
-What things do you need to be mindful of when considering risk verses hazard? What needs to be in place?
-What does being a Ninja mean to you?
-How would you advocate for Playwork to your colleagues?
-What are the benefits of a Pop-Up Playground?
-How can you start to think about implementing loose parts into your current/future service?
-How does Playwork provide an inclusive environment ?
-What is your image of the child and how does this connect to your current practice ?
Question 2:- Make sure that within your journal entries you demonstrate an understanding of applying Aboriginal standpoints, of Playwork as opportunities for learning and of the importance of developing relationships with peers, professionals, children and families whilst completing professional placement
Question 3:- Your journal entries must include reference to theory, readings from the unit and other scholarly literature. We are looking for a minimum of 5 references
