Question 1. Sports Co Ltd employs a number of staff and the company makes and delivers specialised sportswear to its customers. The company uses Jason, a university student, to deliver their goods on weekends. He has regular work each Saturday and sometimes on a Sunday. Jason uses the company vehicle to deliver goods. On one Saturday a cyclist rides near the van Jason is driving, and the cyclist is clipped by the van which tips him off the bicycle onto the roadway.
