Question

You want to ferment 250 kg/hr of product from a fruit that contains 50% glucose. In addition, glucose with 60% water is inserted through 25 kg/hr of the mixture. A liquor with a lot of sugar is obtained and there is a reaction in the fermentation. The reaction efficiency is 100% Do the mass balance by finding what is left of each reactant and product at the end.
