Diversity is a topic that is definitely in the news in the past year.

And your assessments illustrate how diverse are the members of this group in all of the surveys. This influences how we handle stress, change, and stay motivated.

What is interesting to reflect upon is the shifts in focus. At times the focus was on ethnic diversity issues, then age, then gender, language preferences, and now lifestyle choices. These shifts in focus represent the present understanding and awareness of the issues and the presence of social media to highlight the issues. There will be additional shifts in the future.
