Person A in Time 1 was a wanted notorious criminal. One day, he was walking down the street when a flower pot hit his head and erased all his memories. The local community adopted Person A and was given a different name for he had no identification with him in Time 2, also, he was assigned to direct traffic in a school area as a job in return for the being adopted by the said community. For 4 years he lived in this setup until the authorities was able to get a hold of his whereabouts and detained him then and there to the surprise of the local community.
