She denies changing her diet or activity level. In addition, she feels fatigued, has developed an intolerance to cold, and exhibits symptoms of mild depression. She has a Type I allergy to all seafood.

Lab Values:

TSH - 8.0 mIU/L, Free T4 - .4 ng/dL

Hgb - 13.8 g/dL

Gucose - 99 mg/dL
