Three city people vote on whether to allow themselves a salary increase of $2,500/year; if at least two of the people vote in favour of the increase, then it is a go.

A person who votes for a salary increase would face public uninterest from citizens. Assume that public uninterest costs a person $1,000/year.

Suppose that the people vote simultaneously, and cannot observe each others' voting. What is this game's Nash equilibrium?
