Bar 1 and 2 have equal masses. They are placed on an inclined plane of angle α. The coefficients of friction between the bars and the incline are μ1 = 0.6 and μ2 = 0.2.

What is the minimum angle a, at which the bars start sliding down?

Kinda tricky problem tanα = (μ1 + μ2)/2→α = 0.38 rad = 21.8 deg

The normal force between the blocks is: N = mg(0.6 cosα - sinα) = 0.186 mg
