Let's assume that a lagging company that has been successful before, is being acquired by a bigger international company, and a new administration is taking over the company. The new administration is planning to do the following actions within the 1st six months:

Drop 3 products and services, & introduce 2 new ones.

Move from selling through wholesalers to selling only directly to contractors.

Replace half of the top Management.

Run a cultural change program in preparation for replacing the organization's hierarchy.
