Map out a proposed plan for how you will fulfill the site visit components, where you will visit etc. and who you many need to contact to arrange for it if necessary. This will be your guide through the semester although it is open to change if you arrive at a better alternative than what first comes to mind as you review these assignments. This assignment is designed to get you thinking ahead about how you will accomplish these lab components. Submit the assignment as a word document.

Environmental Science -

Introduction - What is environmental science anyway? It can be described as a systematic way of discovering facts about where we live, what influences this place, and the many interconnections between its parts. It can help us determine how those interconnected parts interact and can give us insights on how to sustain a healthful environment for all creation. We'll look at Sustainability, Ecological Footprints, and Environmental issues.

Learning Outcomes -

  • Understand Ecological Footprint.
  • Become aware of your personal Ecological Footprint.
  • Begin thinking of ways to reduce your footprint.
  • Understand some of the underlying basis of environmental problems identified today.
