Clients perceive positive experience when they are characterized by a sense of caring, respect, clear communication, and professionalism on the part of a personal trainer. When clients perceive that their concerns are taken seriously, and their questions are carefully considered and clearly answered, they are more likely to come away with a positive impression of the personal trainer, in an environment that is clean and organized also facilitates a good first meeting between a client and personal trainer.

What is effective communication. Think about a recent encounter you had with someone working in a service industry. Did you walk away with a strong first impression, positive or negative? What action made you feel that way? What could the individual have done differently to provide you best possible customers experience?
