Case Study: A psychiatrist (Dr. Looney) is talking with a patient (we'll call her Jane) in a private session. In the course of treatment, Jane shared that 15 years ago during an argument with her husband John, she pushed him down the stairs causing severe head trauma. John died as a result. The incident was classified as an accident with no one ever thinking otherwise. In the 15 years since, Jane's mental health declined rapidly; this decline eventually lead to seeing the psychiatrist. It was a moment of unintended anger that changed her life forever
