What is cultural leadership?
It is the ability to drive culture and values to influence stakeholders and community to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging working environment. It leads to behavior. The right behavioral patterns for a business to grow, prosper, and be a positive, happy working environment.

Here are some things that a leader can do:

a) create a healthy work environment.
b) increase employee engagement and productivity.
c) encourage creativity and innovation.
d) understand different cultures and adapt your strategy.
e) be open to change and learn from your mistakes.

Choose a company that has done an excellent job on cultural leadership in foreign countries. Provide examples of their cultural leadership in a different country. What is the return on investment on promoting cultural leadership? How does it improve the workforce and increase market share.

Include a short video, 2 to 3 minutes. Create two questions that you want to ask the class.

Create and present a short 5-10 minutes PowerPoint presentation for the class.
