Problem - The following information was obtained from the statement of financial position of CSH Company on December 31, 2019.

8% convertible 10-year bonds at par 1,750,000

Ordinary share capital, P10 par, 222,525 shares issued and outstanding 2,225,250

Retained earnings 1, 187,500

Each P1,000 bond can be converted into 35 ordinary shares. On June 30, 2020, the bonds were all converted into ordinary shares. CSH reported net income of $765,400 in 2020. The income tax rate is 35%.
