Case Study: Answer each of the questions provided below. The textbook should be referred to for a general understanding of each concept. However, unless otherwise specified, every response must be answered with information obtained from Westlaw. Sources cannot be used more than once. If there are five questions, then five different sources are required.

Questions: Chapter Course Objective Questions:

1. What is corroborating information? What role does it play in a client interview?
