Assignment:

Experiential Family Therapy is a model that has evolved over the years. Virginia Satir was one of the first Experiential therapists. More modern-day experiential therapies include music, art, and play therapies. A session involving experiential therapy can look different from an observer because of the various experiential therapy methods. However, the experiential techniques may vary, but the belief of how problems develop is the same.

I attached a video of Virginia Satir working with a family. After watching the video, what is the core belief about client problem development in experiential therapy?
