She is a junior in college and thinks that the stress of school and a part-time job are starting to catch up with her. She has been in very good health, exercises, and even follows a vegan diet. Her friends have told her that she does not look very healthy lately. She sleeps well but does not feel rested upon awakening. She has started taking vitamins recently because she is vegan.
