The main objective of this study is to identify problems and provide possible solutions

To make recommendations to the company for improvements.

To conducting inquiries about the problems faced by the company with the possibility of providing solutions to solve them.

Research question

The researcher prepared questionnaire for the employees at Oman flour mills company to collect our information about procurement activities. we also conduct an interview with procurement team. and to know what is procurement process, and what challenges are the facing. The researchers put a study of the following questions to answer.
