Assignment:

Mr. S, a 52-year-old successful computer analyst was brought to Emergency Department (ED) after experiencing crushing substernal pain radiating to his left arm. He also complaints of dizziness and nausea. He has past medical history of angina and hypertension. He is overweight and rarely exercise. He is separated with two teenage children.

Physical assessment is as follows: short of breath, diaphoretic, BP 160/100, PR 120, RR 26/min., CK-MB and Myoglobulin elevated, ECG shows premature ventricular contractions with ST elevation.
