Purpose: To allow students to research organisational behaviour theory and to enable students to examine and critically analyse one aspect of recruitment and selection in depth, to understand some of the activities that make up scholarly research and to see the way in which knowledge is built gradually. This assessment relates to Learning Outcomes a and b.
Topic: What is an ethical leader and how do ethical leaders differ from other leaders? What are the factors that promote or hinder the development of ethical leadership in organisations (e.g., personal characteristics of leaders and what characteristics of a leader's environment)?
