1. Horizontal conflicts that occur can be in the form of disagreements in society that can be triggered due to very diverse factors and are often associated with the variety of conflicts that occur. In Indonesia's democratic social atmosphere, why is conflict often inevitable?

2. In democratic countries government interference in the form of precensorship, compulsory permits for print media, restrictions on the import of media products from abroad or administrative postal bans are considered gross violations of the rights to freedom of expression and freedom of information. Lay out the requirements that will affect the free conduct of journalism from a human rights perspective!

3. There are many different theories to explain what is actually contained in the political process. Some approaches suggest that the political process is complex. The relationship between political systems and communication systems in diversity will also vary. Describe the ways that politicians will take to persuade the public to win their votes!

Siebert, Peterson, and Schramm say that philosophically communication systems can be recognized from four aspects, namely how they view (1) human nature; (2) the nature of society and the state; (3) the nature of man's relationship with the state; and (4) the nature of knowledge and truth. Philosophically explain how authoritarian communication systems really are based on these four views!
