During the fourth quarter, Acme purchased an additional 700 items of inventory for $12 each. Later in the fourth quarter, Acme sold 1,000 items for $15 each, which was the only sale during the quarter. What is Acme's inventory balance at the end of 2020? Acme uses the LIFO cost flow assumption.
