Be wary of how the schedule will impact on time management, worker happiness, resource requirements, costs and risks.

2. Implement the project schedule that you developed in question one. Remember, all team members should have a clear idea of what tasks they are assigned to, and when and where they will take place. Monitor the project closely to assess whether the schedule is effective. If it isn't, you may need to make changes.

3. In your original pairs or small teams, conduct a review of the project schedule used in the project from Q1 and Q2. Demonstrate that you can analyse all areas of the schedule to understand how effective it was, before identifying any areas that could be improved for future projects.
