The company you work for is starting a new project. Your boss has heard about agile and is excited to try it out on a project. She knows you had a project management course, so she wants your advice on how to approach this project and to help her determine if an agile approach is a good idea. When you talk to her, you explain that you need to know more about the particular project to determine if agile is appropriate. What questions would you ask her so that you can give her advice on how to approach this project?
