Your friend Marvia Thomas has recently started a retail business in Kingston, Jamaica. For the past months her employees are showing signs of resistance when asked to carry out certain tasks. Just last week, Delano Brown one of the employees told Marvia "I am not sweeping the floor because that is not a part of my job. "Furthermore I don't have a job description."
