Question: What is a good response to the following post made by a classmate? Now a project that stood out in my life was work-related which dealt with having to come up with a master plan for the holidays. The bakers and the cake decorators had to create a pod of bakery items in the front of the store to boost sales for the holidays. I, being a baker, figured that the first step to a successful pod was to have the bakers come in three hours earlier to prep, bake, and package the products to have them ready before opening. Being a team player, everyone came in early tackled the jobs, and had the pod full pretty, and ready for the members before the store opening. The second step was to keep all the cookies pies and cakes counts ahead was to keep count of how much product we put on the pod, what product sold the most, and what product we needed to bake more of the following days. This was a successful project and has worked for many years when I was a baker.
