Question:

What is a good quality improvement topic in mental health? I need to find a problem in my current clinical practice to improve quality of the practice or setting I am currently working in which is mental health. I was thinking to improve patient satisfaction calling patients back on a timely manner, returning phone calls, or checking up on the patient within 48 hours after seeing them for their initial psychiatric evaluation? Any ideas?
