Jenny has an intellectual disability and works in a supported setting at a local café as a waitress (delivering the orders to the customers as instructed by the supervisor). Her verbal speech is limited and difficult to understand and she becomes very frustrated at repeating herself. She is a keen Cats football fan and tries very hard to participate when people talk about them. She is very interested in the pictures of players in the newspaper and will point and smile at the ones she likes.

Jenny's worker Chris thinks Jenny may benefit from a set of communication cards which will improve her socialisation and decrease her frustration.
