In 2014 I completed a spoof on the sitcom Big Bang Theory's segment "Fun with Flags." Here, I take a look at what occupational exposure limits (OEL's) are, who establishes them, how they are developed, and how they are used by the field of Industrial Hygiene to protect worker health. This touches on some of the material you read about in Units I & II.

Doing this presentation was fun. However, I am no Sheldon Cooper...I had great difficulty being stiff, a little arrogant, and void of emotion! That being said, I hope you enjoy it and possibly learn something new about OEL's. (please click like if the video helped you understand what an OEL is)
Now that the course is over, discuss in your own words what the importance of OEL's are to the field of Industrial Hygiene. Also, I would ask that you provide me with feedback on the course and let me know if there is anything that you think needs to be added to make it better in the future.
