Question 1. If marijuana were removed from the federal Controlled Substances Act, what implications would this have for states that have legalized marijuana? What about states that have not, particularly states like Arizona or Ohio where the public voted "no" on legalization at the state level.

Question 2. Should the federal executive branch be able to determine whether they enforce federal marijuana law in states where it is legal, or should they enforce the federal law equally in all states? Why? Why not?
