Problem

Draw a graph showing Aggregate Demand and Aggregate Supply under the assumption that you are an economist who views the AS curve as vertical and that changes in Real GDP only come from the supply side economy. Then, explain what the impact of fiscal policy aimed at aggregate demand would do. Since elected officials usually "spend more!" rather than "cut spending!", let's make that aggregate demand line higher on the graph, including the government stimulus. Make sure your narrative includes the impact on both the economy and on real people.
