Observation Report

Observe the teacher in person at a Bible study you attend, an adult education class at church, a small group, or a home group study. Ask the teacher/facilitator for permission to do this for your college coursework. Share with the teacher that you would like to learn from her/him and will be looking for the information below. At the end of the class, approach the teacher and give one thing you appreciated about the lesson as an encouragement for her/his ministry in your life. It is not your role to critique the teacher negatively. However, if she/he asks for suggestions for improvement, then emphasize the positive and mention only one less positive area to improve based on your MIN3218 class lectures/homework. Be humble and learn from the other teacher. Write a two-page report of your observations of the positive traits and methods the teacher uses.
