It has been said that "EQ" (Emotional Intelligence) is more important than "IQ" (Cognitive Intelligence).

Part 1: Choose one of the quadrants in the emotional intelligence competencies model (p. 90 of text) and provide an example of a time you observed an individual act in a way that was not emotionally intelligent (It can be yourself) and why you believe that it was not.
