Planning is essential for success in any organisation. Evaluating those plans allows an organisation to determine if the plans/goals are attainable, working and effective. Develop a plan to send to parents, in support of the newly installed playground equipment, which had received negative feedback in relation to spendings.
Using a SWOT analysis evaluate the new equipment, showing its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.
