Part 1: Write a reflection on the experience of collaborating with your group to create the leadership padlet in Task 1A. You will be using the four Rs reflective template below as a guide.

• Reporting: Describe what happened during your group's online collaboration. Did everyone contribute? Were there formal or informal leaders in your group?
• Relating: Connect your own strengths and weaknesses with your group experience of creating the padlet. Have you had similar experiences in the past? Did you feel like you had the necessary skills and knowledge to contribute? Are there any leadership skills you identified during the creation of the padlet that you would like to develop? Did you support your your peers? Did you feel supported? How do you feel about the final padlet as your end product?
• Reasoning: Did the experience collaborating with your group exemplify any particular leadership qualities or theories? What could have improved the experience or the eventual padlet resource?
• Reconstructing: Re-frame your experience in terms of your future professional practice. What links can you draw between this experience and your future professional role? What would you do the same or how would you work with a team differently in the future?
