Networking is giving information or resource between colleagues, businesses, groups, or associations. It is very crucial and to develop it, one must be strategic. Networking is so important for career development and employability; however, students must know what they wish to become ahead of them before they graduation from the university. This enables them to focus on directions they must take, where they can volunteer during vacations, and connect with people who can assist them to attain it. Everyone must take advantage when the opportunity for network comes their way. It could be in a form of group assessment, social media, academic membership, events, conference, and career fair. The more network people create the more opportunities comes their way. However, to be a great beneficiary, people must know how to maintain networking. As a matter of fact, not everyone has time to have a regular check up on individual due to the nature of their occupation and this is where competency and humility comes him. If people can endure persistence, patience and humility, it will go a long way till the end of time.
