The interview should capture salient information about the issue including information which was derived from the literature. Potential questions to include are:

- What measures have been taken to address this issue in the past?

- What future steps have been planned to address this issue?

- What problems does the organization foresee as blocks to addressing this issue?

- How did ones perception of the financial issue differ from the perception of those who are actually working on finances in the organization?

- Explain the roles of the individuals interviewed.

- create an analysis of the patient care financial problem and specify the potential budget impact. The analysis should be supported by several references from peer-reviewed publications.

- Now that the problem has been identified analyzed the findings by exploring potential solutions to the problem.

- Conduct a review of the literature to also identify possible solutions for the problem.
