Our solar system is about 1.34 parsecs away from planet A. An astronaut is moving away from earth toward planet A at 0.80c as measured in the earth's reference frame. Assume that the distance between earth and planet A is constant. The astronaut has a red laser with a lambda=669nm pointed toward planet A and a green laser with a lambda=532nm pointed at earth. What frequency of light is observed by the earthlings? What frequency of light is observed by those around planet A? Is the light recieved by earth in the visible range of humans?
