Question: A constant force is applied to a 5 kg object over a distance of 4 meters. If all of this work is converted to kinetic energy, what force is required for the object to reach 1.5 m/s from an initial state of rest?

I know the correct answer for above problem but explain how to get this answer! Thanks.
