Francine has written a new computer software to help clients manage online health records. It is much more efficient than hard copy, using a spreadsheet, or accessing all prior healthcare systems to collect records. She would like to see her software become the dominant design when it comes to this capability but, by her own judgment, the software is only 50% completed. Nonetheless, this 50% capability is a "stand-alone" capability, that is, the 50% can function on its own and could be updated at two 25% segments over the next six months to its full functionality. She is confident that she can finish the rest of the software on time.
