Case Study: The purpose of this assignment is to apply the research on emergent resilience (from the first lecture on resilience) to a person who has experienced adversity in childhood. Rather than giving you a case to analyze, apply the research to someone you know. If you don't know anyone who experienced adversity in childhood, you can write about a fictional character (e.g., Harry Potter).
